Large touch panel that allows easy operation and checking

A large color touch panel (10 in.) provides easy operation and setting. It also enables efficient management of the test as you can check the test status (time passage, brine temperature, specimen center temperature, remaining number of cycles, total number of cycles, and test ending time) immediately.
Pressing the "?" button on the bottom left of the screen displays the "Help" screen to guide you how to set specimens and make test settings.

Our dedicated design to save energy, costs, and space

Conventional products have large chambers containing coolers inside, and require large amount of Nai-brine. Therefore, the coolers and heaters tend to be large.
MARUI has developed an original design that has duplex pipes around the testing chamber. The coolant gas filled in the outer layer of the duplex pipe cools down the Nai-brine solution that circulates in the inner layer of the duplex pipe.
With this structure, the size of the testing chamber has been minimized, and the necessary Nai-brine solution amount has decreased to 60 to 70 %. The electricity required to cooling and heating can be significantly reduced.

Even temperature distribution

Since the outlets of the Nai-brine solution that has circulated in the cooler or heater are placed on the whole bottom part of the testing chamber, the temperature distributes evenly in the chamber.
This reduces uneven test results owing to the position of specimens, and the specimens are not required to be replaced any more.

"Test time reservation function" for efficient testing plan

MARUI's freezing and thawing apparatus (with touch panels) have built-in "reservation function" to reserve the starting date and time for the test.
This function help you make efficient testing plan such as starting on a holiday.

"Specimen managing table function" for multiple specimen management

"Specimen managing table function" provides identification tags of the location in the testing chamber (arbitrarily, for example: 1, 2, and 3 from the left) to control the testing cycles.
Using this function, if you add another specimen group while running the apparatus, the identification tags indicate the remaining number of cycles for each tag, and consequently prevent management mistakes.

"Self error detection" to deal with troubles

In case any trouble happens, the touch panel indicates the part in trouble, causes, and solutions, so that you can deal with the troubles quickly.
An electric leak is also checked and detected automatically, and indicated by the specific part.
