Outline of Product Technology
Product number: MIS-288-1-01, MIS-288-1-02
This apparatus automatically rams specimens in order to determine "dry density - water content curve", "maximum dry density", and "appropriate water content curve" of the soil that has been passed 37.5 mm sieve regulated in JIS A 1210.
An originally designed mold receiver does not allow fails in ramming, and strong actions of two pulleys makes perfect even finishing.
The dropping mechanism working with the mold receiver realizes high speed ramming and makes the testing time shorter.

Detailed Information
An original movement that does not allow any ramming fails
MARUI's automatic ramming tester has succeeded in getting rid of fails in ramming, by means of the original movement of the mold receiver.
As the mold receiver moves forward and backward 55° x 6 rotations for one turn, the drop position of the rammer moves and the specimen is rammed evenly.

Even & high speed ramming
The strong power of the two pulleys attached with hard synthetic rubber elevates the lift vertically and drops it. A constant dropping force provides evenly compacted reliable specimens.
In addition, high speed ramming reduces the testing time by the cooperated actions with the mold receiver.

Safety improved, drop number easily recognizable
To improve the safety during operation, a front cover has been attached so that the operation pauses when the cover is opened. The operation does not restart with the safety cover opened, to avoid rolling in accidents.
The electronic auto counter has been simplified in its setting for dropping numbers compared to the previous machine, so that you can check the number of drops in one glance.
