and after-sales service.
We support our customers at all stages.
MARUI takes pride in supporting our customers in every aspect of the process, starting from the initial meeting, through the design of the product to meet the customer's needs, the manufacturing process for precision, and continuous, attentive after-sales service.
Whenever you need quality testing equipment, we provide a high level of support every step of the way.
Products and services that exceed our customers' expectations, that is what we strive for.

Our Team
Mechanics of Materials Team
We are responsible for manufacturing equipment that requires mechanical actions such as compression, tension, bending, and rotation. In addition to standard testing equipment, we also design and manufacture very large special products, such as testing equipment for methane hydrate research.
Environmental Thermal Science Team
We are in charge of manufacturing equipment that requires temperature changes such as freezing and thawing, humidity control, irradiation, and other thermal control. In addition to our wide lineup of enclosure products, we can customize the dimensions, shape, and capacity to meet the customer's needs.
Sales department
We can respond to customer requests with our extensive knowledge and network. We also value our footwork to rush to the initial response to equipment problems.
Control Systems Team
We will construct a control system for the test equipment in cooperation with the Mechanics Team and the Thermal Science Team. We can create software to meet your needs, such as data recording methods and operation screens.
Maintenance Team
We carry out delivery and installation of testing equipment as well as daily maintenance, inspection, and repair work. Our experts, who are well versed in testing equipment, maintain products after delivery to ensure that they can be used with peace of mind.
Flow
1
Preparatory meeting
Our sales staff will first visit you for a meeting, not only for a specific inquiry, but also for initial facility planning and experimental concepts. If necessary, our engineer will accompany you. We also offer modification of existing products.
2
on-site inspection
At the time of the meeting (or at a later date), we will confirm the product installation location, electrical and plumbing facilities, and delivery routes. By thoroughly confirming the on-site conditions, we are able to prepare a highly accurate estimate and determine whether equipment of the desired specifications and dimensions can be installed.
3
Design (equipment and control systems)
Once the specifications of the equipment are determined, the mechanical and, if necessary, the control system (software) are designed. While proceeding with the design, both parties check for any defects or discrepancies between the two, and confirm as necessary whether there is a better way to proceed. The ability of the mechanical and control system designers to work closely together reduces the time lag between equipment and system design progress and allows the process to move forward more quickly.
4
Manufacture
After designing and arranging the necessary parts and materials, the manufacturing staff takes the lead in assembling the product according to the design drawings. In the case of designed products, the designer also joins the assembly process to confirm the design. After that, trial operation and adjustment are performed. In the case of equipment with a control system (software), the system designer mainly performs the trial run and adjusts the operation while checking the data to see if there are any problems with the program and the machine, and whether it meets the required specifications.
5
Delivery and maintenance
Once the operation and adjustment are complete, the product is finally delivered. As MARUI's basic stance, engineers or maintenance staff involved in manufacturing will visit the site of delivery to ensure safe and reliable installation and explain the product. Periodic inspections and response to any problems are also performed in the same manner.
6
Calibration
MARUI has a calibration laboratory accredited by the international MRA-compliant JCSS and is registered as a calibration service provider for "force gauges" and "uniaxial". Pre-shipment inspections and periodic calibrations after delivery are performed by the calibration laboratory staff.
